Service Description

vrozelonzim provides professional furniture assembly services. Our services include assembly of various furniture types including residential and commercial furniture pieces.

Service Availability

Our furniture assembly services are available in Brooklyn, New York, and surrounding areas. Service availability is subject to scheduling and may vary based on demand.

Pricing and Payment

All service pricing is provided in U.S. Dollars (USD). Pricing is provided upon consultation and may vary based on the complexity, scope, and location of the assembly project. We provide transparent quotes with no hidden fees. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and payment methods, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before service commencement. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in writing.

Service Warranty and Guarantee

We provide a 30-day warranty on our assembly workmanship. If any issues arise due to our assembly work within 30 days of service completion, we will return to address and correct the issue at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or defects in the furniture itself. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the furniture to be assembled
  • Ensuring all furniture pieces, hardware, and instructions are present and accessible
  • Providing a safe and accessible work area for our technicians
  • Being present or available during the scheduled service time
  • Notifying us of any special requirements or concerns before service begins

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, vrozelonzim SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vrozelonzim, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Modifications to Terms
